Our online spinning class is available to you on each Tuesday at 5:30 PM to enjoy in the comfort of your home. Spinning program runs each 8 weeks.
Get your spinning bike ready and join us. If you don’t have one, spinning bikes are available online for a very reasonable price, you don’t need to get an expensive one, or stuck with monthly fees to enjoy the workout.
