Due to the state of emergency in NY state, we are suspending all the training starting Monday March 16 2020 at 8:00 PM, as a precautionary measures until further notice.
Hope you are well and safe. I would like to update you on the status of the studio. We are committed to staying open and servicing our clients. As for the past paid up memberships, group training, and specialty classes, they will be honored, and we will be giving credit moving forward.
We will continue to be a medically sound studio that supports the Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s disease, the Go Forward group class for specialized training, and the Amo’s circuit class for our seniors.
Due to the current crisis, going forward, we will implement safety measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of our members. This new protocol is not unfamiliar with our current medically sound practices, and will coincide with the CDC guidelines.
On a personal note, I feel the studio has an advantage for coming back to a healthier environment due to our smaller and more personal training class sizes. Also, as an option, we are setting up virtual online training videos and classes for more choices in the future.
In closing, I would like to thank my staff Mohamed, Laurie and Mckenna for helping support the business during this trying time. We are looking forward to seeing you all in the future when we open.
